Individual Health Coaching Consultation

A health coaching consultation to work through your specific health issues, define your goals and come up with some simple and sustainable solutions to achieve your goals and improve your health.

Determining your specific health goals can sometimes be overwhelming. After listening to you and hearing your individual health story, we will discuss what you would like to achieve and together we will prioritise your health goals. By taking a holistic approach to health, all factors of health are considered including nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep and connection. Whatever your specific needs and goals are, I help you to discover the food and lifestyle choices that will work best for you.

We then determine what physical, emotional or behavioural change you may require to meet these goals. Together we come up with a step-by-step approach to achieving your goals that will have you feeling empowered, educated and motivated to commit to these changes and improving your overall health and wellbeing.

Initial Consultation – 90 minutes: AU $165

Includes a 15-minute follow-up call two weeks after session.

Follow-up Consultations – 45 minutes: AU $66

If you have more questions after your initial consultation or you want more guidance with achieving your goals, follow-up consultations can be booked as often as you require.  We can assess how you are going with the goals you set and determine areas you might need to improve or change to suit your lifestyle and achieve your goals.

8-Week Health Coaching Program

For those who have many questions, lots you want to achieve or who want to be guided through these lifestyle changes and supported and motivated throughout, I recommend our 8-Week Program.

This time frame allows us to really focus on creating new and effective habits that work towards your specific goals, determine any barriers you may be facing and work through these to make your changes sustainable for you lifelong.
