I believe we can all reclaim our health through simple food, mindset and lifestyle changes. Changing how and what we eat, though, can be stressful and overwhelming. I can simplify this process and give you the confidence and tools to make better choices, improve your health and achieve your weight-loss goals.

I’ve been where you are and understand the struggles.
I’ve suffered from low energy and fatigue, constipation, heartburn, feeling bloated, food intolerances, over-exercising and the constant chronic injuries that go along with this, sugar and carb addiction, depression, an unhealthy relationship with food and constant worry about my weight.
I’ve overcome these symptoms myself and healed through eating real food with a low carb, healthy fat approach and making small lifestyle changes. I can help you do the same.
My own health journey was also a family transformation using food as medicine.
My husband suffered from gout and carried extra weight and one of my daughters was diagnosed coeliac, so this couldn’t be just a short term diet. We had to make real lifestyle changes and the results have been amazing.
My husband lost 20kg and hasn’t suffered a gout attack since April 2016 and my daughter is growing and thriving.
After seeing the difference these changes made to my own family, I became inspired to learn more.
I was so passionate about the topic that I would happily talk about it with anyone who showed interest. I read books, listened to podcasts and read research papers.
I wanted to help others the way my family had been helped, so I decided to study to become a Health Coach through PreKure. Now, as a Certified Health Coach, I can use my knowledge and passion to empower, educate and motivate you to improve your health.
As well as graduating as a Health Coach, I also extended my study to include three of the PreKure Advanced Nutrition courses; The Therapeutic Benefits of Keto and Low Carb Nutrition, The Practice of Low Carb and Ketogenic Nutrition and Gut Health and Allergies. To further my knowledge, I am currently completing my Graduate Diploma of Human Nutrition at Deakin University.
